Paul J. O’Reilly

 

 

Mr. Paul J. O'Reilly is the Senior Partner of O’Reilly & Mark, PC. Mr. O'Reilly has concentrated in the areas of business transactions and real estate both nationally and internationally, commercial litigation and estate/asset planning since he entered private practice in 1988 from the United States Attorney's Office as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Prior to his joining the United States Attorney's Office, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jean F. Dwyer, United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Paul’s experience in numerous areas of the law allows him to help his clients find creative solutions to difficult or complex issues. Paul is often hired by other attorneys to serve as an expert witness in business or real estate transactions or is hired by them to help find an innovative solution to multifaceted issues. Paul is often heard saying that for one to think outside the box, you have to start with the premise that there is no box.

Paul is the general counsel for The Arc of Montgomery County, Maryland, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the mainstreaming of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Paul is also a Member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
