Peter L. Goldman - Of Counsel

 

 

Mr. Peter L. Goldman’s practice is in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation, contract litigation, family law litigation and criminal defense litigation. His clients include financial institutions, credit unions, real estate developers, management companies, health care providers, corporations, businesses, and individuals. Peter has litigated hundreds of cases for individual, institutional and commercial clients, including numerous jury and bench trials, administrative claims, arbitrations and bankruptcy matters in the State and Federal courts of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Peter has been engaged to prepare and argue numerous briefs with various appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
