Thomas J. O’Reilly (“Tom”) comes to O’Reilly & Mark, PC after a long history with Pepsi-Cola Co. Tom started driving their tractor trailers and selling the products off the trucks. He worked his way up the ranks to be Pepsi’s Regional Manager for New England, one of nine regional managers in the United States.

Tom retired from Pepsi in 2001. After much prodding by his younger brother Paul, and a promise that he did not have to wear a suit, Tom embraced the real estate settlement division of the law firm. Tom quips that the people who come to O’Reilly & Mark for a real estate settlement like him because he is not a lawyer. The lawyers who deal with him on behalf of their clients, buyer or seller, are often in disbelief when he informs them of that fact. His knowledge of the title industry is unsurpassed. His lightening grasp of numbers is second to none. He often helps borrowers, lenders and sellers with their estimates for closing costs to make sure there is no misunderstanding at the settlement table. In one instance he advised a national lending institution how to adjust their computer calculations as their computations were always off by a penny. His aggressive and inquisitive nature has made him one of the most respected title agents in the industry.
